What do we do with your information?
When you book a Clydesdale Tour, as part of the booking process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, email address and phone number.
When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a booking, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only — that is, to process and manage your tour booking.

Humanitix
Our tour bookings are managed through Humanitix, an online ticketing platform. Humanitix provides us with the booking system that allows us to take reservations and process payments. Your booking data is stored through Humanitix’s secure systems.
Tinwald Farm does not collect, store or have access to your payment card details. Payment information is handled entirely by Humanitix in accordance with their own privacy policy and security standards.

Third-Party Services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide them for your booking-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled.
Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and recommend you read their privacy statements.
How long do we keep your information?
For normal bookings:
We retain personal information collected through bookings only for as long as necessary to deliver your tour. Once your tour has been completed, your personal information held by Tinwald Farm will be deleted.
Where an incident has occurred:
Where an incident occurs during a tour that requires a record to be kept, relevant personal information may be retained for a longer period in a secure file. This allows us to respond appropriately if a query, complaint or legal claim arises. In line with New Zealand’s Limitation Act 2010, such records would generally be retained for up to six years.
What about Humanitix?
Humanitix, our ticketing provider, retains booking data in accordance with their own privacy policy, which is available at www.humanitix.com
Age Restrictions
By booking a Clydesdale Tour, you confirm that all members of your group meet the participation requirements set out in our Terms and Conditions, including that no guest is under the age of 10.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
