Terms & Conditions

Tinwald Farm Wines Limited promotes, sells and delivers wine via online, mail-order and cellar door (by appointment only) as a licensee under the New Zealand Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. A full copy of our Licence is available here.

You must be over 18 to purchase wine from our website or elsewhere.

International sales and deliveries may be available in certain overseas markets, please contact wines@tinwaldfarm.co.nz for more information.

Delivery costs within New Zealand for orders of 6 or more bottles are complimentary and covered by Tinwald Farm Wines Limited. Deliveries will normally be dispatched within two working days of payment being received. Delivery is via courier and may take up to five working days to arrive. We cannot guarantee the precise date and time of delivery. Signature on delivery will be required.

For returns, our policy lasts 30 days. After that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Once your return is received and inspected at Tinwald Farm, 1599 Luggate-Cromwell Road, Mount Pisa, Otago 9383, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

By searching on our website and purchasing products over the website you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Tinwald Farm Wines may amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting amended or replacement terms and conditions on our website.
